We have reliable communications from the border with Mexico to north of Santa Barbara, and from the Arizona border to “maritime mobile” well out into the Pacific Ocean. As a result of the System’s extensive coverage and hundreds of members, it’s very likely that you can find someone to talk to at any time, day or night – just get on the air and give your callsign. We have a motto on the PAPA System: “No call goes unanswered!”
