Refund policy

MADE-TO-ORDER LEAD TIME
Most ZBM2 antennas are hand-built and tuned to order in San Diego, California. Orders currently ship in about 2 weeks and ship in the order they're received.

CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel any time before your order ships. Cancellations are refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee. If we miss our stated ship time, you can cancel for a full refund with no fee.

RETURNS
ZBM2-made products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be returned in the condition you received them. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item.

LIFETIME WARRANTY
Every ZBM2-made product carries a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If it fails, we'll repair or replace it. Email support@ZBM2Industries.com with your order number and a photo. The warranty doesn't cover loss, misuse, or damage from accidents or modifications.

PARTNER PRODUCTS
Hytera radios, repeaters, mesh nodes and other partner-brand products follow the manufacturer's or supplier's return and warranty terms listed on each product page. Software and encryption licenses are non-refundable once issued.
